I have failed at my travel resolution this year. I missed a really long holiday in January which, if I had taken, I could have had almost a week off.
But I'm not sad about that. I'm sad because my grandfather has to go for surgery soon. He was diagnosed with colo-rectal cancer sometime last month, which is why I had to put off any travelling plans.
He's having his surgery soon, so I ask anyone reading this to pray for him, or at least have a little hope in your heart for him to be okay. I don't care who you are or what your background is, but from a human to another human, please have hope for this lovely man I have called my Tokwan for 20 over years.
